Updating TrioCMS follows the normal WordPress plugin update process. When a new version is available it appears in your Plugins screen; review the changes and apply the update.
As with any site change, take a backup before updating so you can roll back if needed. Because TrioCMS is update-safe, updates are designed to be low-risk.
